At SP x SPORT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment or apparel is securely protected for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
